Are all your jewellery pieces hallmarked?
We aim to purchase and sell hallmarked jewellery whenever possible. However, in some cases, this may not be applicable. Jewellery that is hallmarked is clearly stated within its description, ensuring authenticity and quality.
Do you sell real gold and silver jewellery?
Yes, we only sell genuine gold, silver, and other precious metal jewellery. Each piece is carefully inspected for authenticity.
Do you sell diamond-certified jewellery?
Many of our diamond pieces come with certification. If a certificate is available, it will be mentioned in the product description.
Can I see a piece of jewellery in person before purchasing?
Absolutely! Visit us in-store at our Bognor Regis or Littlehampton locations to view any item before making a purchase.
Do you offer resizing on rings purchased from you?
Yes, most rings can be resized by our expert jeweller. If you’re unsure about your size, we can assist in-store.
How can I find out my ring size?
You can visit us for a professional ring sizing or use an online ring size guide to measure at home.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
We guarantee the quality of our jewellery. If there are any issues, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Please refer to our returns policy for details on exchanges and refunds. Some items, such as custom-made jewellery, may be non-returnable.
Do you buy gold or second-hand jewellery?
Yes, we do! If you have gold, silver, or unwanted jewellery, bring it to us for a valuation.
